Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have accompanied me through it all. They’ve guided me, consoled me, and given me an outlet to vent my sadness, anger, longing, and love. I’ve never looked back since that night in 1989 when I first saw them.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon + e by Jose Andres
Las Vegas just isn't our thing. That being said, it has not escaped my notice that many of the world's best chefs have opened outposts in Sin City, so there would plenty of options for culinary adventures during our stay.
Adam Ant – Live at Neptune Theatre (03.02.2017)

Barcelona + Adria
I'm lying in bed and my stomach is beginning a protest. It's not too bad yet, and as I'm lying there I hope that it will pass, but I can't stop thinking about how this may just be the beginning of something bad.
Dali + Girona

Disfrutar + Spoonik
Disfrutar received its first Michelin star in 2015, a year after opening, and in 2016 was named Best New Restaurant in Europe. I thought it would be our best meal in Barcelona, but for overall best experience it was outdone by our meal at Spoonik.
Barcelona Cooking
We gathered in the modern, open kitchen that looked out over Las Ramblas with our chef, Stefano Marcellini, who hails from Italy but considers Barcelona his home. He quickly went through the menu we would be preparing and all the steps for each dish so we would get an overview. It was a little overwhelming and I didn't know how we would remember everything, but there was no need to worry.
The Cure – Live at Palau Sant Jordi (26.11.2016)
When The Cure began their 2016 tour, I heard reports of epic three-hour shows and that the band was performing at their peak. I got wrapped up in all the excitement and fell in love all over again.
